My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the lack of proper ventilation and cleanliness issues like a smell of dirty cat litter and stains on the fridge door were a downside. The service was a tale of two extremes, with exceptionally considerate and rude behaviors. The location was convenient for my work event, but there were maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns in certain areas. The dining options were decent but hard to find. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
